My Mortgage, Inc. is strongly committed to your right to privacy and to keeping your personal and financial information secure. Do we share your information?

In order to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and internal policies, My Mortgage, Inc. may use outside third parties to perform or may be subject by audit to quality control reviews. When you sign a Loan Application, you grant us permission to include your loan file in these quality reviews.

As certain aggregate information must be reported to state and federal regulatory agencies, we cannot process any requests to delete loan application information from our systems, regardless of whether the loan is funded.

How we protect the confidentiality and security of NPI

We treat data as confidential within our company and require a strict adherence of all our employees to data protection and our confidentiality policies. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.  Some of the steps we take to protect your information is securing all computer terminals with password protections, locking sensitive information in storage, shredding all documentation containing client information, and performing background checks on all employees. 

We will utilize the best available technologies and methods in order to ensure your information is safe while traveling through the internet.  All visitors, however, should be aware that our website may contain links to other sites that are not governed by our privacy and/or data protection and confidentiality policies.
